The Malone® Telos™ XL Load Assist with Multi Rack Adapter is a complete load assist system to simplify loading and unloading a kayak. Integrates with nearly any vehicle with a roof rack. The multi adapter allows use of existing kayak carriers to reduce the cost of adding a loading system.
The Telos™XL lift assist provides a safe way to vertically raise a kayak into a position where it can easily be loaded into the carriers. You can detach the Telos™ XL and use it on the other side of the vehicle to load your second kayak, or, store it in the trunk for unloading later. The new ground level adjustable extensions avoid contact with the vehicle's sheet metal and provide a solid base to gently ratchet the boat into the loading/unloading position.
The Multi Rack Adapters fasten to the vehicle’s cross bars and provides an attachment for installing the lift assist. They are easily detached for use on the other side of vehicle. These adapters solve the issue of keeping your existing carriers while utilizing the Telos™XL for ease of loading and unloading.
