Down River Oar Leashes

The Down River Equipment Oar Leashes have webbing loops on each end the can be either girth hitched around the oar and frame or can be slipped on the oar shaft while the blade is removed. The webbing loops are much quieter on the oar shaft to not disturb your on-river experience (or scare off the fish!). The buckle is very unique; it has a metal outer to help it hold up to UV and rock damage, the inner part is plastic so that it will release or break if a loose oar ever becomes entrapped. The webbing has a 600 pound break strength which will hold up well.
